Why use a 7.4V battery with a DC port? Heated vests with 7.4V batteries and DC plugs heat up faster and at higher temperatures than those with 5V batteries. Despite the higher battery capacity requirements, we chose to use a 7.4V DC output.

Why does my battery charge slowly? Never use a 5V-1A charger. Our battery capacity is relatively large, so we need to use a higher power charger. A 5V-2A charger typically takes 6 hours, while a 5V-3A or 9V-2A fast charger only takes 4.5 hours.

Can I charge this heated vest with my own power bank? In theory, as long as your power bank also has a DC 4.0mm port, it can be used. However, if the ports are the same, the switches may not match. We recommend using Camoner batteries to ensure optimal performance.

Can I charge my heated vest and my phone at the same time? Sorry, you can't. For safety reasons, as long as the DC port is in use, the other ports will be cut off from the current.

Why does the battery keep draining when the vest is turned off? The battery is designed to wake up automatically, so it does not need to be repeatedly plugged and unplugged during intermittent use. However, it also means that if you don't unplug the battery, it will keep draining power.
