It weighs only 13.0 oz/0.8 lbs (Medium size) and is perfect for wearing alone on a windy and chilly morning or for pairing with an outer jacket in freezing temperatures. The vest is insulated with FELLEX polyester, a BlueSign certified eco-friendly sustainable material that provides enhanced insulation. It features a quad-zone heating system with carbon fiber heating elements in the collar, mid-back, and left & right-hand pockets to keep your core and hands warm. The vest comes with a 7.38V cUL/UL certified safe battery that provides up to 10 hours of long-lasting warmth. It has three heating settings (high, medium, low) that can be adjusted by pressing the power button. The vest is machine washable and designed to endure 50+ machine wash cycles.
